LOOK TO ME AND BE SAVED

 Isaiah 45:22 (NKJV) ²² "Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.

The world is often competing for man's attention through magazines, ipods, cell phones, computers and the like. But it is not so with God, He will not compete for your attention, He is a jealous God, meaning that He is to be your exclusive and set apart desire. And so He says look to me, don't look to the world and its doctrine of health wealth and prosperity, for such a religion is vanity that leaves the soul in a condition of desolation. God through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ gives that which money cannot buy and death cannot take away. While the devil only wants to kill, steal and destroy you with temporal pleasures, God Almighty would breathe into you an abundant life which produces peace with God. There is nothing more important to the body and soul than to have peace with God, it means forgiveness of all crimes comitted against a holy and just God. Did you know that one single and seemingly innocent sin against God is punishable by eternal torment in the confines of an unforgiving hell, from which there is no escape? and by the way the bible says that (all) have sinned and come short of the glory of God Romans 3_23. Peace with God means that you will be spared from His fierce anger called wrath that is to come. Oh what is that you say, "that God is love" and although you speak truth you speak not the whole truth; "have you not read?" in Psalm 7_11-13 that God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day. if he (the sinner) does not turn back (repent) He (God) will sharpen His sword; He bends His bows and makes it ready. He also prepares for Himself instruments of death; He makes His arrows into fiery shafts.

You will say but that is the old testament, do not be deceived, let not the devil sift you like wheat and have his way with you as he did with Judas who now suffers in torment. But what does the bible say but, God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent (change of mind and heart). Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and not make it good? Numbers 23_19.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. Hebrews 13_8-9.

And so as an ambassador to Christ as He pleads with you through me, I beg of you, today if you hear His voice saying, "Look to me and be saved" dear loved one do not harden your heart as so many do. The world in all its riches and pleasures cannot save you, look unto Christ by His faith not your own, by His grace alone, that you may inherit a foreign righteousness not of your own. Look, trust, believe and comitt all that you are and all that you have to the Lord of lords and King of kings, the God of glory, the Lord Jesus Christ, blessed be His name now and forevermore. Amen!
